GDBA: Informs management systems
All design practices recognise the importance of good management systems in relation to running their businesses. Not all design companies have fully exploited the benefits of the latest management systems that are available. This short briefing will review a number of systems and look in detail at the system provided by Promoserve that is currently being used by a number of GDBA Members. We are fortunate to have the MD of Promoserve, which is based in Australia, to showcase their system and answer any questions regarding it and management systems in general.
Regardless of the size of your firm a good management system will make you more effective and probably help your bottom line. This event is open to GDBA and IDI Members.
