Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a team
environment. With a minimum of 6 plus years post graduate experience involving all stages of design, team leadership, liaison with clients & consultants, coordinating procurement, budget control & implementation, coordination of site, design meetings & interior project management.
The role will involves delivering quality design led solutions for the company from feasibility through to completion and responsibility for setting and agreeing deadlines and delivering to a high standard within a team structure.
A relevant design qualification, excellent communication skills, computer skills (must include
AutoCad), the ability to work within tight deadlines and manage a varied workload and a clean
driving licence are all essential for this position.

Position Graphic Artist / Web Designer (€28,000-€32,000)
EventElephant is looking for a talented and eager Graphic Designer with knowledge of Website Design and Layout to help create website themes, marketing materials and promotional materials. This opportunity will require the right candidate to be able to work under his or her own initiative to
implement website themes and marketing materials under the direction of the CTO and Marketing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating unique website themes to be used in a portal environment; the production of images to be used in demonstration software; the production of graphics for online sales materials; the production of graphics for offline sales materials and the production of graphics for office support materials. Candidates need not have experience in website programming or development, though these skills would be viewed as beneficial to the company.
This is an excellent position for a recent college graduate or other motivated individual who has little work experience but a strong portfolio which represents their abilities and unique styles in graphic and website design.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work with the company CTO to develop new themes and templates for the company website and portal.
2. Work with the company CTO, Marketing Director and Sales Director to develop graphics for sales demonstrations.
3. Work with the Marketing Director and Sales Director to develop graphics for marketing and promotional materials.
4. Work with the Marketing Director to develop office support materials (letterheads, business cards, etc.)
5. Assist in defining new standards in response to industry trends.
6. Other duties and tasks as assigned by the CEO, in relation to Graphic and Website Design for the company.
Requirements:
1. Experience with Adobe PhotoShop CS3.
2. Experience with Adobe Illustrator CS3.
3. Portfolio of work past and present. Your portfolio need not be purely web design oriented, though candidates with strong web design portfolios are preferred.
4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to priorities own workload and work to exacting deadlines.
6. Desire to learn about new products and keep abreast of new developments in graphic and web design.
Additional Beneficial Skills (Though Not Required):
1. Degree in Graphic Arts or Design preferred, but not required.
2. Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver CS3.
3. Experience with web development languages such as HTML, ASP, PHP, JSP or CSS.
4. Experience with Adobe Acrobat or other PDF Generating Software.
